• Part-time Job Overview Christian Servants Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Personal Care Assistants to provide quality care to a client in their own home.

This part-time position offers scheduled support on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 1 pm. The ideal candidate will have experience in home and community care, assisted living, or long-term care environments, and possess a genuine desire to improve the lives of those they serve. This role is essential in supporting clients with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence within their home settings. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing and grooming Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Transporting client into the community for errands such as grocery shopping Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and community involvement Document care provided accurately while respecting client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Follow established care plans tailored to each client's individual needs Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety procedures and protocols Skills Proven experience in home health, senior care, or working with people with disabilities or developmental disabilities Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Compassionate caregiving approach with patience and empathy Basic knowledge of CPR, first aid Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support within their homes.
