Her brand blends Americana, pop, storytelling, femininity, and proud Texas roots, and we're looking for someone who can take an established aesthetic and turn it into strong, consistent social content. We already have a large library of professional photos, behind-the-scenes footage, studio content, pre-production videos, and lifestyle assets ready to be turned into TikToks, Reels, Stories, and other short-form content. What You'll Do Edit TikToks, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other short-form content Turn existing footage into multiple engaging posts Use CapCut or similar editing software Help build content around singles, release dates, and the EP rollout Identify strong hooks, trends, sounds, and storytelling opportunities Write or assist with captions and on-screen text Help maintain a consistent posting schedule Track what performs well and adjust content accordingly We're Looking For Someone Who Loves social media and understands TikTok and Instagram culture Has a strong visual eye and good short-form editing instincts Is confident using CapCut Can adapt to an artist's aesthetic while bringing fresh ideas Understands how to promote music without making every post feel like an ad Is organized, creative, responsive, and comfortable working with a small team Music or creator experience is a plus, but taste, creativity, and social instincts matter more than a specific résumé. Compensation & Growth $17/hour for approximately 15 hours per week to start. As the EP rollout grows, there is plenty of opportunity for increased hours, responsibilities, and raises based on strong performance and the growth of the project.
