Pay:
$50,000+ for 10-month engagement Immediate access to lower cost health benefits (medical, dental, vision) through a Health Reimbursement Agreement (HRA) 401(k) with company match Follows the school calendar Full-Time | No On-Call or Weekends Trauma Specialty | Work-Life Balance Job description: The In-School Intervention Support Program focuses on 5 key areas: emotional and behavioral regulation, improving self-esteem/self-confidence, increasing healthy relationships, self-awareness and stress management, and responsible decision-making. Delivers interventions that will positively impact student attendance and performance and increase their sense of belonging in the school environment. This position provides in-school support (individual and group) to students utilizing approaches from trauma informed child/adolescent mental health treatment models with goals of increasing greater social and emotional competence and connection to the school for at-risk students. The interventionist will also aid in promoting a trauma-informed school environment through education and consultation to school-based staff.
