In-Store Representative

About Us:

Hampton Roads Water Services is a locally owned RainSoft water filtration dealer serving the Greater Richmond area. We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as In-Store Lead Generators. You'll work inside Home Depot, engaging with customers and inviting them to complete a brief Water Awareness Survey•no selling involved! ⸻

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers inside the store Start conversations about water quality and invite participation in a brief survey Collect basic customer information for follow-up Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner ⸻

Qualifications:

Outgoing and positive attitude Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers Strong communication skills Reliable and self-motivated Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus•but not required Must be 18 years or older Able to stand/walk for the duration of shift Smart phone required Reliable transportation required Be able to pass a background check ⸻

What We Offer:

$14 hr +$1 for every survey + $40 every sale Most reps make $20•30an hour with some bonus Flexible scheduling Work at established Home Depot locations•no door-to-door or cold calling ⸻

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling based on your availability Must be able to work at least 5 hours a weekend This is a part time opportunity with the possibility of working between 5-30 hours a week ⸻
