Waterloo, IA Hybrid Position This role requires working 2 days per week on-site in Waterloo, Iowa Summary The Indirect Loan Processor I is in charge of auditing funding packets submitted by the dealership and verifies all needed paperwork and signatures are accurate. The position also books member purchased loans and completes proper account maintenance. Essential Functions Audit funding packets submitting by dealer, verify all needed paperwork and signatures are present and accurate. Notify dealership if items are missing and follow up as needed. Book member purchased loans and complete proper account maintenance. Credit and debit the assigned regional account and general ledger. Prepare daily file of loans funded by dealership and forward to ACH for disbursement of funds. Notify dealers of the amount to be disbursed. Submit finalized documents for imaging. Verify account coupons and statements are being distributed. Follow up as needed. Prepare letters to ensure compliance regarding loan decisions. Key Attributes Oral and written communication skills. Remain sedentary (seated) for extended periods of time. Working Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Travel Limited travel expected. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma. 6+ months of job-related work experience.
