They made the decision to expand to USA where the doors opened in Stuart Virginia on January 5th ,2022. Our mission is to become the best producer of Hardwood trailer floors in North America due to the passion of our human capital, sense of innovation, our unique savoir-faire (knowledge and expertise) and the strength of our distribution network.
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage all typical aspects of industrial electrical maintenance, including preventative, troubleshooting, repair, and strategic planning, to ensure optimum performance of the manufacturing process while enabling management to make effective planning decisions. Assist management interpretation of all equipment requirements, specifications, and electrical data with emphasis on accuracy with respect to Corporate, Government and third-party agency policies, pertinent codes, equipment manuals & guidelines. We are currently hiring for a day shift and an off-shift position.
HIGH EFFICIENCY TASKS
Responsible for managing accurate and timely flow of electrical maintenance projects and scheduling, while ensuring day-to-day production needs are met. Standardize and improve efficiency and effectiveness of electrical maintenance procedures. Electrical trouble shooting of automation control panels including Servo drives, VFD's, and PLC's
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to urgent electrical malfunctions of equipment with innovative solutions and timely repairs. Assist in preparation, planning, and execution of new equipment installation, control panel installation, wiring, setup, adjustment, and configuration to minimize disruption of manufacturing processes. Proficient use of computers and standard software. Work fluidly with schematics, blueprints, manuals, and proprietary software necessary for the installation and efficient operation of various types of equipment. Proficient with electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and controls, motor controls, and A.C. Drives. Proficiently use various hand tools, communication tools and software to document new and modifications to existing electrical circuitry due to new installations and changes and ability to maintain that documentation in neat, legible, and readily accessible form. Work comfortably with any AC/DC circuits ranging from low voltage to 480-volt systems and higher. Lead co-workers assigned to help on a given task in a manner to encourage teamwork and performance in a safety conscious and efficient way and keep them focused, productive, and actively working toward viable solutions for the current challenge. Ensure compliance of all teammates with Company, Government, codes, policies & procedures. Complete work orders and remove parts from inventory utilizing CMMS software
POSITION REQUIREMENTS BACKGROUND
Minimum High School Graduate (relevant college or technical preferred)
EXPERIENCE 5
years in Senior Electrician role preferred SKILLS Computer Proficient (Microsoft Tools/Excel),
