Industrial Electrician Specialist

About the Role We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing plant running at peak performance. You'll troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, fine-tune automated systems, and lead preventive maintenance initiatives — all while minimizing downtime and supporting a high-output production environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions with minimal downtime. Fine-tune automated systems (PLCs, servo drives, VFDs) to meet production efficiency and quality targets. Perform preventive maintenance — motors, contacts, robotics systems, and electromechanical equipment. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution, branch circuits, lighting, transformers, and wiring. Read and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic; work with CPU backplanes, I/O boards, counters, modules, and Ethernet communication. Plan and execute equipment installation and utility connection projects. Maintain accurate records and reports; use Microsoft Office and CMMS software (e.g., Proteus). Perform other duties as directed or assigned. Requirements 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of electronics, PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems Experience with power and hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and arc/acetylene welding Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Availability for weekends and overtime as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Nice to Have Food manufacturing or fresh-cut processing facility experience Familiarity with Proteus or similar

CMMS Bilingual:
