Industrial Engineer

•The Scharine Group Inc is a leading manufacturer of custom material handling equipment located in Whitewater, Wisconsin. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. •Role Summary The Industrial Engineer will analyze, design, and optimize operational systems to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality across the organization. This role blends data analysis, process engineering, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and performance.
