Job Description

About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for the health of our production infrastructure. You will drive operational excellence by performing complex diagnostics, system repairs, and proactive maintenance on advanced electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Responsibilities Execute advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical controls, instrumentation, and production machinery to minimize operational disruptions. Perform precise installation and rigorous testing of electronic components to guarantee full compliance with industry safety and quality standards. Analyze complex electrical schematics and technical documentation to resolve system faults and optimize equipment performance. Conduct systematic preventive maintenance and calibration for sensors, drives, and automated control systems. Partner with engineering and production teams to execute system upgrades and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain strict adherence to electrical safety protocols, including comprehensive lockout/tagout procedures. Document all maintenance activities and system modifications to ensure accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance. Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the development of maintenance and operations personnel. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in electrical maintenance and industrial troubleshooting. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Skills Active Master Electrician License. Extensive experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation hardware. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex instrumentation issues independently. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and process optimization.
