Responsibilities Execute rapid diagnostics and repairs on industrial manufacturing machinery to minimize operational downtime. Perform complex troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems to ensure seamless integration and performance. Drive equipment longevity by conducting rigorous preventative and corrective maintenance schedules. Maintain and optimize mechanical components, including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, and conveyor systems. Interpret intricate technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to guide precise equipment adjustments. Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence by maintaining an organized and hazard-free workspace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall equipment effectiveness. Required Skills Proven professional experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Technician. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics. Strong technical aptitude in electrical and mechanical systems, including 480V environments. Expertise in maintaining hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy-duty industrial hardware. Ability to work autonomously or within a team to solve complex technical problems. Preferred Skills Experience with Allen Bradley PLC platforms.
