Job Description

About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the peak performance and reliability of our manufacturing infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and drive operational efficiency in a high-output production environment. Responsibilities Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on injection and extrusion blow molding machinery to maximize equipment uptime. Diagnose and resolve complex issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems using precision diagnostic tools like multimeters and amp clamps. Maintain essential plant utilities, including chilled water, compressed air, and vacuum systems, to support continuous production flow. Optimize production throughput by performing repairs on robotics, conveyors, and grinding equipment. Interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings to perform accurate installations and component replacements. Manage maintenance documentation and work order lifecycles to ensure accountability and accurate parts inventory tracking. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance capacity. Proficiency in troubleshooting both mechanical assemblies and electrical control circuits. Demonstrated ability to read and analyze complex technical schematics and blueprints. Solid understanding of high-voltage systems and 24VDC control logic. Commitment to professional growth and expanding technical skill sets in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Skills Direct experience maintaining plastics processing or molding equipment. Capability to operate manual machining tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses. Proficiency in welding techniques for steel, stainless, and aluminum. Formal technical education or certification in industrial, mechanical, or electrical maintenance.
