Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift (3 Days = Full-Time Pay) Keep Production Running. Own Your Weekend. Make an Impact. Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on keeping complex equipment running at peak performance? Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician and become a key player in a high-speed manufacturing and bottling operation—where your expertise directly drives production success. This weekend shift opportunity is perfect for experienced technicians who value independence, impact, and work-life balance. Work just 36 hours (Friday-Sunday) and get paid for a full 40—plus earn a shift premium. What You'll Do Own equipment performance: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
Solve complex challenges:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues with confidence and precision.
Prevent problems before they happen:
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
Lead by expertise:
Serve as a go-to technical resource and take the lead on key maintenance activities and projects.
Work smarter with data:
Read schematics and technical documents to guide repairs and improvements.
Keep production on track:
Collaborate with operators and leadership to prioritize work that protects production schedules.
Drive continuous improvement:
Accurately document work and contribute to ongoing reliability efforts.
Operate independently:
Be the steady, skilled presence supporting a small weekend crew. What You Bring 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems PLC troubleshooting experience (basic programming knowledge is a plus) Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Proven success troubleshooting complex equipment issues Experience with high-speed production or bottling equipment (highly preferred) Confidence working independently and making sound decisions in real time Bonus Points For Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance Journeyman certification or equivalent Experience as a lead technician or subject matter expert Leadership skills and ability to guide others Why You'll Love This Role ✨

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
