$36-$45/hr, depending on experience

1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Job Type:
Full-time Looking for a highly experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility in Lewisville, TX. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot equipment, prioritize urgent repairs, and handle a wide range of maintenance needs from facility repairs to production equipment breakdowns. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment. Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and welding repairs. Maintain and repair presses, furnaces, conveyors, CNC equipment, deburr equipment, air compressors, cranes/hoists, and general facility equipment. Respond quickly to urgent equipment breakdowns. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and equipment manuals. Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, relays, control panels, pumps, valves, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, and related components. Perform welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping, fabrication, and general repair work. Help identify needed spare parts and communicate with vendors or outside contractors when necessary. Follow lockout/tagout and all safety procedures. Document repairs, parts used, and follow-up maintenance needs. Required Experience Strong industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience. Welding and fabrication experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to urgent repairs. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, overhead cranes, and maintenance equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed, climb ladders, work around large machinery, and stand/walk for extended periods. Preferred Experience PLC troubleshooting experience. VFD and motor control experience. CNC machine PM experience. Furnace, press, conveyor, or heavy industrial equipment experience. Air compressor and compressed air system experience. Experience maintaining or improving a preventive maintenance program.
OSHA 10, OSHA
30, electrical certification, welding certification, or related technical training. Work Environment This position is in an active powder metal manufacturing facility. The environment can be hotter than a typical warehouse during the summer due to large industrial machines generating heat, and colder during the winter months. Work may involve exposure to powdered metal materials, dust, grease, oil, noise, and physically demanding conditions.
