Full-Time | First Shift 5:00am-1:30pm + Overtime and Weekends as Needed Position Overview Key Staffing is currently seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support operations within a fast-paced food production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical experience who are comfortable working in an industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production and processing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other industrial machinery Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience troubleshooting motors, VFDs, sensors, and PLCs is a plus Familiarity with food processing, agriculture, or manufacturing environments is a plus Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods Comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial environments Commitment to
