• East Bernard, TX 77435 We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility maintenance in a fast-paced production welding environment.

This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to ensure minimal downtime and safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and experienced working with industrial equipment. Weekly pay! Great schedule! OT available! Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Duties Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Repair and maintain welding equipment, conveyors, and production machinery Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades Maintain maintenance logs and complete required documentation Work closely with production to support continuous operations Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding equipment preferred Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Monday

• Friday, 5 am
• 4:30 pm, Saturday 6 am
• 2:30 pm (OT available)
