Industrial Painter

(Lavonia, GA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Industrial Painter to paint steel doors and frames using spray equipment. Candidates with industrial painting or automotive body paint experience are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties:

Paint steel doors and frames using spray guns and related equipment Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming materials Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards

Requirements/Skills:

Previous experience using spray guns for industrial or automotive painting Auto body paint experience is accepted Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and finishing techniques Ability to work independently and efficiently in a production environment Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable transportation and dependable attendance preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment while wearing required
