Job Description
Personnel Plus of Twin Falls is hiring for multiple positions across the Magic Valley for a client that specializes in metal fabrication and welding. Industrial Welder, Fabricator, and Fitter Job Summary Personnel Plus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Welder, Fabricator and Fitter for a growing industrial operation focused on metal fabrication, pipe welding, and equipment installation and repairs. The ideal candidate brings experience with TIG, MIG, or Stick welding and will work with stainless and carbon steel piping and components in industrial and food processing environments.
Pay:
$22.00 - $32.00 per hourDOE Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, day shift
- Some Saturdays as needed
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
- Overtime opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding (including purge welding on stainless tubing)
- Fabricate and assemble stainless and carbon steel components
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete work accurately
- Assemble and align components to strict specifications
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Travel to job sites across the Magic Valley as needed
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of TIG welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with MIG or Stick welding
- Ability to successfully complete a pipe welding test (6G position)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and work in awkward positions as needed

Welder Foreman Job Summary:
Personnel Plus, Inc. is hiring a Welder Foreman to lead and support a team in daily welding and fabrication operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating work, maintaining productivity, and ensuring jobs are completed safely and to a high standard. Strong leadership and clear communication are key to success in this position.Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hourDOE Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, day shift
- Some Saturdays as needed
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available

Responsibilities:
- Review blueprints, layouts, and schematics to organize and execute work
- Perform welding across a range of materials using proper methods and techniques
- Check finished welds for accuracy, strength, and overall workmanship
- Lead by example on the floor while guiding and supporting team members
- Address performance issues and help resolve day-to-day personnel challenges
- Keep jobs on track by monitoring workflow, output, and crew efficiency
- Foster a productive, team-focused environment while maintaining accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety expectations
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support operations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on welding experience, including TIG, Stick, and fit-up work
- Solid fabrication background, with experience working on stainless steel and food-grade systems
- Experience working with thin-gauge stainless, polishing, and sanitary welding processes
- Strong fitting skills with attention to precision and detail
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the Magic Valley and surrounding regions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and sound problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently while also leading a team
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, assembly, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs as needed
- Set, level, and align equipment using precision measuring tools
- Follow blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings to complete work accurately
- Inspect equipment and make adjustments to ensure proper operation
- Maintain safe work practices in both shop and field environments
- Complete additional tasks as needed to support operations Leadership Responsibilities (Foreman Level)
- Oversee and direct crew activities on job sites to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Coordinate daily job tasks, manpower, and workflow to keep projects on schedule
- Take responsibility for overall job performance, including quality, productivity, and timelines
- Ensure all work meets company standards as well as customer expectations
- Provide guidance, direction, and accountability for crew members in the field
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen overall crew capability
- Communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and team members regarding job progress and issues
- Address performance concerns and help resolve on-site challenges as they arise
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of a millwright apprenticeship or comparable hands-on mechanical experience
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Ability to interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings
- Experience using alignment tools and precision measuring equipment
- Comfortable working in industrial settings, including shop and field environments
- Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and work in awkward positions as needed
