Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist Work Schedule :

Full Time (32-40 hours) We are seeking a full-time Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist to join our multidisciplinary early support team. This role includes conducting developmental, relational, and mental health evaluations for infants and toddlers, delivering parent-child therapy and caregiver support, mental health treatment, and providing trauma-informed, relationship-based consultation. The therapist helps integrate mental health strategies into daily routines, offers reflective coaching to families, and collaborates with team members to promote healthy social-emotional development and ensure high-quality, family-centered care. Established in 1985, Steps provides in home therapy, education, and family support for children 0-36 months with developmental delays on Whidbey Island, San Juan County, and Anacortes, WA. Additionally, we provide Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health services to children 36-72 months on Whidbey Island and in San Juan County with plans to extend this service to Anacortes. Steps offers the following salary and benefits package that promotes a healthy work/life balance: The compensation range for this position is $37.21-$55.59 per hour based on the experience level and credentials of the candidate.
