All roles are paid positions, including internships. Responsibilities Lead and implement age-appropriate curriculum development tailored to infants and toddlers, incorporating literacy education, motor skills, and social-emotional learning. Provide attentive toddler care by monitoring health, safety, and well-being throughout the day. Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental milestones, and any special education or early intervention needs. Support lesson planning that integrates Montessori principles, physical education activities, and early childhood education best practices. Assist with standardized testing preparations or assessments when applicable to track developmental progress. Serve as a flexible floater to support other classrooms as needed, ensuring consistent quality of care across the center. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings with a focus on infancy and toddler care. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and classroom management techniques. Experience with curriculum development that includes literacy education, math concepts, and Montessori methods is preferred. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment.
