Zion Christian Preschool & Kindergarten is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher's Assistant to join one of our new infant/toddler classrooms. We are looking for someone who has a genuine love for young children and desires to work in a warm, relationship-centered Christian environment. Position Details:

Full-Time, Year-Round Monday-Friday 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

Must love working with infants and toddlers Must demonstrate Christian values consistent with our school mission Minimum 6 units in Early Childhood Education preferred Infant/Toddler coursework strongly preferred Experience working with young children preferred Must be dependable, patient, nurturing, and team-oriented Strong communication skills and professionalism required

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting the lead teacher in providing loving, responsive care Supporting feeding, diapering, nap routines, and daily classroom activities Helping maintain a calm, safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Following licensing regulations and health/safety procedures Supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through developmentally appropriate practices
