Your Role:

Manage and oversee the facility Infection Prevention and Control Program Monitor, investigate, and report healthcare-associated infections Conduct risk assessments and implement evidence-based infection prevention strategies Provide staff education and training on infection control best practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure compliance with infection prevention standards Deliver compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice Maintain accurate documentation related to infection prevention activities and resident care Promote a safe, restorative environment that encourages resident independence and well-being Support quality improvement initiatives related to infection prevention and resident safety Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

Who We're Looking For:

Current Illinois LPN or RN license required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Knowledge of infection prevention, infectious diseases, or epidemiology preferred Long-term care experience preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Dependable and professional team player with reliable attendance Passionate about resident safety, quality outcomes, and advancing your nursing career Ready for a rewarding career?
