): Lead our Infection Prevention Program with confidence, precision, and just the right amount of intensity Monitor, investigate, and prevent infections like the absolute guardian you are Educate and develop staff through engaging, effective training programs Ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, and state regulations Partner closely with leadership to keep our building safe, strong, and survey-ready at all times Be the calm, knowledgeable voice when others panic (we love that about you already)
