Infiltration Operator

Symmco, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Infiltration Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting with the infiltration process of powdered metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a part-time position with no benefits eligibility .

Responsibilities:

Operate infiltration furnaces and related equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload parts/materials for production runs Inspect parts for quality and report defects or concerns Maintain production records and follow work instructions Perform basic housekeeping in the work area Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist in other production areas as needed

Qualifications:

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Schedule:

Part-time hours based on production needs. Flexible scheduling may be available.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
