Information Systems & Analytics Manager

Description Summary The Information Systems & Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting the design, optimization, and integration of financial, operational, and revenue cycle systems that enhance organizational performance. This role combines analytics, business intelligence, and systems coordination to improve workflows, strengthen data integrity, and support informed decision-making across the organization. The position exercises independent judgment in analyzing data, supporting system-related initiatives, and recommending solutions that impact operational efficiency, system performance, and financial outcomes. Some Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Leads financial and operational analyses to support leadership decision-making, including identification of trends, risks, and opportunities Develops and applies analytical approaches to interpret complex data and support business decisions Supports evaluation and implementation of analytics tools, including reporting enhancements and automation solutions Participates in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of information systems and reporting platforms Requirements Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Master's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in analytics and/or information systems, preferably in a healthcare setting Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment highly desirable Experience with Epic, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office required Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting systems preferred Project management experience or PMP certification is a plus Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Certified Associate of Health Information Management (CAHIMS) preferred Microsoft, medical, coding, or analytics-related certifications preferred SQL, Epic certifications, and project management tools experience preferred
