What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating and overseeing central pharmacy workflow from start to finish Verifying medication products including IVs, premade IVs, creams, and insulin pens Checking code carts and ensuring accuracy across all product types Supervising and redirecting pharmacy technicians as needed to keep things running smoothly Working within an

EPIC EMR

environment

What You'll Need:

Active Missouri Pharmacist license (or eligibility — new graduates are welcome!) Comfort working independently in a fast-paced inpatient setting Strong attention to detail when verifying high-risk medications and cart checks Ability to lead and communicate effectively with support staff What's in It for
