Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Manage customer accounts efficiently, ensuring accurate information entry and timely follow-up on inquiries or issues. Communicate with Management and Outside Sales to execute campaigns that boost customer engagement and sales opportunities. Conduct analysis of sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement. Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks across teams to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offering, trends in our industry, and logistics to keep customers informed about issues that can affect them. Requirements Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles; familiarity with metals or piping industry is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and confidently. Proficiency in to learn existing and new technologies used to enter orders and purchase orders . Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making. Knowledge of commodities industry standards and practices is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a proactive approach toward individual goals. Pay:

$22.50 - $27.50 per hour
