This role works closely with Account Executives to maintain customer relationships, support sales activities, and ensure smooth service delivery for ocean freight accounts.

• Support assigned accounts by handling customer inquiries and assisting with service coordination
• Maintain customer records, contracts, and account profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Assist with sales activities including customer outreach, business development efforts, reporting, and renewal tracking
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and support overall account performance

Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience:

• Must have at least 2 years of customer service or sales support experience
• Must have experience working with ocean freight customers or within the ocean transportation industry
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in

English Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Additional experience supporting ocean transportation or logistics operations
