Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet every guest warmly and enthusiastically, take guest orders, suggestive selling, process customer payments, accurate cash handling, resolving minor complaints quickly and efficiently, and providing fast service at the counter to get the customers on their way to enjoy their meal.

Food Preparation:

Preparing orders according to recipe builds, portion sizes, and food safety standards. Checking for quality and accuracy before baking an item and after it has baked before it is sent out to customers.

Cleaning & Sanitization:

Clean and sanitize food prep areas including counter tops, smallwares, and holding zones. Routine daily cleaning tasks to maintain company image standards and health department guidelines.

Operations:

Restocking workstations, folding boxes, and ensuring each station is organized and ready for revenue.

Teamwork & Compliance:

Adhere to all uniform policies, follow all safety procedures, and collaborate with teammates to meat daily goals a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

Job Requirements & Skills Age:

You need to be at least 16 years old for the Restaurant Team Member position.

Physical:

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Flexibility:

Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.

Speed & Accuracy:

Must be able to work in a high-volume setting while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and work together as a team.

Analytical:

Must demonstrate the ability to perform basic math and solid problem-solving skills.
