This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and order history
• Assist with order changes, issue resolution, and special customer requests
• Support Outside Sales Representatives with account follow-up and order management
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers and internal teams What We're Looking For
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or order processing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn and navigate internal systems and order entry platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills Preferred Experience
• Experience in foodservice, meat, manufacturing, distribution, or perishable goods industries
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer account management
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
