Load programs per documentation. Using magnification aids and stereo-microscopes, inspect populated printed circuit boards and identify component misplacement and solder defects to

standards. Recognize problems in the operation process or with components and communicate those problems to machine operator for immediate correction. Actively participates in quality initiatives by participating in problem solving, process improvements and performance measurements. Responsible for understanding & following company, and or manufacturing guidelines/procedures Responsible for product quality as defined by internal and external customers, work instructions, specifications and procedures. Responsible for following established safety rules & 6S Conduct in process and final inspections on PCB assemblies, sub-assemblies, and finished products Ensure that the product conforms to work instructions, IPC or J-STD standards, and internal quality/workmanship standards Identify and segregate nonconforming materials Complete daily inspection report denoting the acceptance and/or rejection rate all items in accordance with the standards defined within job traveler Supports supervisors and/or operators in the resolution of quality problems Knowledge, Skill & Ability Requirements of the

certification required, or successful completion of certification program per an agreed upon timeline. Working Conditions Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds.
