AM Hiring Process:

Candidates will complete two interviews . The full hiring process typically takes approximately 2-4 weeks . Summary Responsible for safely inspecting, packaging, and preparing manufactured products for shipment while following all quality and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities Inspect product edges and seals per work instructions and SOPs Operate bag‑sealing equipment and verify sealed bags/boxes Identify defects and notify machine operators for adjustments Weigh, document, and discard scrap Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas Package finished products for internal/external customers Complete required paperwork and records Assist with training new team members and support other departments as needed Qualifications High school diploma or

GED 6-12

months manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read instructions, complete reports, and communicate clearly Basic computer and math skills; ability to read rulers Must be able to work overtime and pass defect‑identification training Forklift license may be required depending on assignment Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram instructions Problem‑solving skills in a manufacturing environment

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
