What You'll Do Lead full HVAC system installs (heat pumps, ductless, furnaces, AC, boilers) Run a crew of 1 to 2 helpers on the job site Read prints, lay out ductwork, run line sets, set equipment Sheet metal fabrication and pipe fitting as needed Final commissioning, customer walkthrough, sign-off Keep the truck stocked and the job clean

What We Need Required:

5+ years HVAC install background (residential or light commercial) Comfortable leading a crew and finishing a job start to finish Valid driver's license, clean record Show up on time, every day

Strongly Preferred:
