What You'll Be Doing:

Assist our lead installers on job sites with the installation of custom glass enclosures, backsplashes, railing systems, and more Safely handle, transport, and inspect high-end glass products Help keep our warehouse organized and running smoothly Load company vehicles and support logistics and staging for next-day installations Deliver a great customer experience on every project — homeowners and contractors alike Learn the trade and grow your skills — this is a great first step into a full installer career

Requirements:

Valid MA driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Must pass CORI background check and drug screening Comfortable using hand tools and working on-site in a physical, team-based environment Reliable, coachable, and ready to show up with a great attitude Able to work independently or as part of a team Why Join Oasis?
