Our company is a window coverings Installations company working with big box retailers with a substantial volume of work, specializing in measuring and installation of all types of window treatments (Blinds, shades, Draperies, and Shutters) Responsibilities The Candidate measures for and installs all types of blinds, shades, and shutters for residential and occasionally commercial projects. The candidate will be scheduled and sent to a full route of measurement and installations on a daily basis. Expectations

• The candidate needs to be very punctual and adheres to scheduled appointments and arrives at all appointments on time.
• Ensures all measurements and installation reports get submitted to the office immediately upon completion.
• The candidate is expected to have very good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Provides exceptional customer service, and remains friendly, polite, courteous, and professional at all times. Provides care for customers' property to ensure it remains protected and undamaged.
• Profeccient English to be able to perform verbal and written communications while interacting with our office staff and the customers.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, safety guidelines and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills is required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• A background check will get submitted immediately after the candidate receives an offer so a ability to pass a background check as well as a drug test is a must.
• A current and valid driver license with a clean driving record Qualifications and Skills The candidate does not need to be a window covering installer as we will be able to train the right candidate. However, any of the following experiences is a plus :
• Experience in any type of finished carpentry such as fabricating and installation of cabinets, installation of moldings, doors or windows
• Experience in any type of rough carpentry like framing.
• Experience in remodeling / renovating homes.
• Having an experience in using Tape measures and knowing how to do simple calculations and work with fractions up to 1/8".
