We are looking to expand our team with an experienced installer. Our warehouse is in Brooklyn Heights and jobs are performed throughout Northeast Ohio year-round. Job Responsibilities:

As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing insulation products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines. Products include injection foam insulation, cellulose insulation and loose or batt fiberglass insulation for walls, attics, crawlspaces and other areas of the home. Your additional duties include, but are not limited to: Drive work truck and attached trailer to and from job sites, following all driving rules and DOT requirements. Review daily projects and confirm truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment required for the day. Safely unload and stage material at job site. Educate customers on service and installation features. Keep home clean during and after installation (inside and out). Provide customers with exceptional customer service. Report safety, customer or quality concerns. Perform warehouse related duties as required.

Pay:

Starting pay is $18/hr. (Negotiable based upon experience)

Full-time, Monday-Friday Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with injection foam insulation, cellulose and fiberglass insulation Construction worker, construction laborer or general laborer background Understanding of home construction including but not exclusive to siding removal, brick drilling, shingle removal, wood drilling and all areas of wall & attic installation. Working knowledge of machinery, drills, pumps, and hand tools

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs unassisted for loading and unloading products. Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed. Desire to work outside. Must be at least 18 years of age. Primary Home Improvements offers quality and affordable home insulation services.
