This role is based near Dearborn, MI and follows regular daytime hours, running from 7:45 AM to 2:45 or 3:00 PM, giving you the chance to maintain a balanced schedule while making a meaningful difference.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Experience as a Paraprofessional, ideally in a school or special education program Passion for assisting young adults with diverse abilities and backgrounds Flexibility and adaptability to support students at various locations, including community settings and job sites Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff and students Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:
