Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist with strong skills in imaging, X-ray, and radiologic technology for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate brings expertise in operating GE, OEC C-arms, and Carestream portable equipment. This role offers a block schedule with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including every other weekend. No on-call responsibilities are required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required Current and valid BLS certification ARRT (R) certification mandatory At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or X-ray Tech Proficiency with GE and OEC C-arms, and Carestream portable imaging devices Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray and radiologic imaging examinations Operate and maintain advanced imaging technology (including GE, OEC C-arms, and Carestream portables) Adhere to established safety protocols and infection control standards Correctly document patient information and imaging procedures in the electronic medical record Provide compassionate care, maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout all procedures Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
