Casual Do you have passion for creating meaningful learning experiences? We are seeking a motivated and creative Instructional Designer to transform ideas into engaging, effective training solutions. This role will offer an opportunity to step into a collaborative and outcomes focussed team and make an immediate impact.Duration:
3 months/project based (potential to extend)Remuneration:
Grade N, $55.39- $63.70 p/h plus 25% casual loading plus 12% super (commensurate with skills and experience) Work hours: Flexible around deliverables and priorities The Role In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement e-learning content, ensuring it aligns with organisational objectives and best practice instructional design principles. What will you do Consult with subject matter experts to gather and interpret content Produce storyboards, prototypes and final learning assets aligned to agreed briefs Design and develop high-quality learning materials (eLearning modules, face to face workshop material, training resources and guides) Ensure content aligns with organisational standards and learning objectives Manage timelines and delivering projects within agreed deadlines Translate identified learning needs and business requirements into effective learning solutions and structured learning design Essential Criteria Relevant qualifications in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Extensive experience with one or more e-learning authoring tools (i.e. Articulate Storyline/Rise, Canva, Vyond and Synthesia). Knowledge of contemporary learning theories and learning practices.Eg:
Human centred design Ability to structure complex information into clear, interactive, and learner friendly content (storyboarding) Strong Visual design skills to reduce cognitive load Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders' expectations How to apply?
