Role:

BEPC is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production processes.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to established specifications and procedures Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Maintain production efficiency and workflow Operate tools, machinery, and production equipment safely Identify and report production issues or defects to supervisors Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience Experience working in shift-based environments Familiarity with production tools and equipment
