Insurance Coordinator/Front Desk

Our preferred candidate should have experience in a dental office with front desk and insurance experience, but we are willing to train the right individual. The front desk is responsible for: Send/processing of dental insurance claims and pre authorizations Contacting insurance companies Management of relationships with insurance carriers and patients regarding coverage determinations and outstanding balances Research and resolve insurance billing issues Manage outstanding insurance claims Review treatment plan estimates to ensure copays are accurate Entering insurance plans into Dentrix Ensures integrity of daily deposits and daily reports Answer any questions about insurance Check patients in for doctor and hygienist Answer phone calls Schedule patients Figuring out copays and take payments from patients

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday Pay based on experience.
