Salary Range:
$28,000.00 - $99,999.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on
Training Tuition Reimbursement Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Licensing:
Active Mississippi Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales or insurance is advantageous.

Actively manage and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
Policy Recommendations:
Guide clients through insurance plan options, assisting them in selecting the most suitable plans.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with policyholders.
Sales Goals:
