Position Overview As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with new and existing clients to provide insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This is a sales-focused role with strong earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses. This position is primarily in-office to support training, collaboration, and team development. Responsibilities Generate and follow up on sales leads Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business insurance policies Build long-term relationships with clients Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and cross-selling opportunities Assist customers with policy questions and coverage reviews Maintain accurate client information and activity records Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Work closely with team members and management to improve performance

QualificationsPreferred:

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections Also Encouraged to
