Senior Accountant We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to both general accounting and SEC reporting . In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting for a diverse property portfolio while supporting financial reporting and compliance efforts. What you'll do:

• Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, and fixed assets for assigned properties
• Perform monthly close, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting
• Partner with property managers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and audit processes
• Maintain internal controls and assist with process improvements What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in property accounting, real estate, or construction
• Experience with CAM reconciliations and month-end close
• Exposure to SEC reporting
