293412188 Job Description Job Duties/Scope Of Work Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) is looking for an Integration Specialist. The position will be responsible for scheduling work activities and craft resources performed by Fire Systems Maintenance (FSM) in a safe and compliant manner utilizing the rolling work week schedule process. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Building a resource loaded T-4 through T-0 schedule that is executable.
  • Working with appropriate managers to identify and resolve schedule or resource conflicts.
  • Preparing Daily Release Sheets for their area of responsibility.
  • Evaluating merged work against potential impacts/conflicts.
  • Resolving conflicts and issues related to resources and seek guidance or assistance from the Production Control Manager when conflicts related to resources are discovered.
  • Assessing the impact on scheduled fieldwork caused by the unavailability of field support personnel and request additional resources.
  • Reallocating team resources when work activities are completed ahead of schedule or are unexpectedly interrupted.
  • Attending various meetings such as the Plan of the Week (POW) and Plan of the Day (POD), and integration meetings.
  • Maintaining schedule adherence, daily trade availability and resource allocation to support organizational metrics in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Maintaining work package control for the team to ensure they are ready to work and any other necessary actions.
  • Maintaining databases used for work package tracking. Tracking progress of where a work package is at in the planning to ready to work process, ensuring proper routing to personnel for closure utilizing the Bar Code Tracking System.
  • Interfacing with internal and external customers and with other work groups and departments.
  • Partaking in advising management of developments that could impact project scope, cost, and schedules.
  • Ensuring work is properly prioritized, planned, resource loaded, and executed with little to no conflict via the rolling schedule process.
  • Integrating support organizations to ensure timely deliverables are received as appropriate.
  • Ensuring that work scheduled to be completed during assigned work weeks have been communicated to other organizations that have interface or impacts associated with that work.
  • Participating in weekly scheduling meetings and helping to resolve any scheduling issues or other conflicts such as resources, interrelated processes, procurements, electrical/water outage plans, disruption of safety equipment availability or transfers that may affect production and/or potential overtime.
  • Interfacing with the Field Work Supervisors, Planners, Engineers, Material Coordinators and other HMIS personnel to ensure work documents, materials or other requirements are complete and available.
  • Integrating/facilitating daily/weekly meetings Plan of Day (POD), Plan of the Week (POW),
  • Tracking and scheduling Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM), conducting weekly PM meetings.
  • Completing weekly/monthly metrics on scheduled vs. worked activities.
  • Performing other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work management experience.
  • Working knowledge in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Job Control System (JCS).
  • Previous experience and proven expertise in managing rolling schedules, ensuring adaptability and workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge. Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of operational and maintenance work activities.
  • Coordinating complex, multi-organizational, and multi-facility interdependent work activities on a medium to large scale.
  • Experience in Hanford or other government contracting environments.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits Grade 17: $99,063
