Schedule/Hours:

Variable shifts available (including both days and nights) Weekend and holiday rotation may be required

Qualifications & Experience:

Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience Proficiency in patient monitoring, ventilator management, and emergency response Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Exceptional critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous monitoring of critically ill patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety Use advanced technologies and equipment to provide life-sustaining interventions Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate individualized care plans Document care, patient progress, and outcomes accurately and timely Participate actively in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
