Standard Internship $ Paid Full Time Description 10-to-12-week summer duration desired, flexible start and end dates. 40-hour anticipated work week, Monday through Friday. On-Site in South Bend, IN. Paid opportunity.
Program Activities:
Orientation Kick-off and networking opportunities with other Interns, Colleagues and Senior Management. Responsibilities Work with our Learning Management Systems; assignments, updates, and reports Update our Talent Development SharePoint site Contact colleagues within the lines of business and work with them to update courses Research external courses, university information and ideas for new initiatives Assist with preparation and facilitation of our intern course, Young Professionals Workshop Assist with preparation and planning for New Employee Orientation with our Talent Acquisition Team Observe interviews with the Talent Acquisition Team Participate in a Partner Visit with our Employee Engagement Team Assist with a wellness initiative with our Employee Benefits Team Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required. Pursuing bachelor's degree in human resources or business desired. Pursuing a career in banking. Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word) is essential. Good organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple competing tasks and demands. Ability to meet deadlines.
