Wieland is hiring a International Logistic Coordinator . The International Logistic Coordinator responsibilities and duties include overseeing the shipment of products, ensuring documentation is accurate, managing customs requirements, and communicating with clients and customers regarding deliveries and timelines. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.
Responsibilities International Logistic Coordinator Responsibilities:
Schedule trucks shipments both domestic and international Schedule parts and service orders Ensure timely schedules for client orders Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Track and fix shipping errors Prepare bills and invoices Back-up our Scheduling/Planning department as needed with work orders Meet and greet customers and visitors All other duties assigned
International Logistic Coordinator Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Experience with import/export documentation strongly preferred. Computer and keyboard knowledge ability to use database and email Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions Ability to follow and communicate with excellent verbal & written instructions Ability to make decisions based on deadlines and customer requirements Ability to work as a team to meet customer demands based on inventory controls Able to work with minimum supervision Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to reliability and consistency Frequent standing, stooping, and bending Occasional carrying and lifting not to exceed 40 lbs.
