International Tax Manager

Job Description:

We are assisting our Atlanta, GA client in the search for a Tax Manager. This role will be responsible for working closely with clients, provide high-level tax planning and compliance support, and lead engagement teams in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact for assigned tax clients, managing engagements from planning through conclusion. Review tax returns, accruals, and technical memos across various entity types. Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services aligned with client goals. Supervise, mentor, and train tax staff and interns. Monitor tax law changes and identify implications for clients. Assist with IRS and state audit inquiries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related field. CPA license required. 5+ years of public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations. Excellent communication, project management, and client relationship skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tax software preferred.
