Inventory Clerk - Night Shift Beasley Forest Products | The Beasley Group Beasley Group Position Summary Beasley Forest Products is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support night shift operations. This role is essential to production and focuses on accurate inventory control, organized warehouse operations, and timely distribution of materials throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records for lumber, maintenance parts, supplies, and other warehouse materials Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Record inventory transactions in inventory management systems and maintain accurate documentation Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations Distribute materials and supplies to maintenance and production staff as needed Monitor inventory levels and report reorder needs to supervisors Assist with shipping, labeling, and warehouse documentation Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements Support night shift production and perform other assigned duties Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or industrial manufacturing preferred Basic computer and data entry skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in an industrial environment Forklift experience is a plus Ability to work night shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Skills Experience with inventory control systems or warehouse software Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company benefits Paid time off (PTO) Career growth opportunities within a stable and expanding company A team-oriented work environment focused on safety and quality About Beasley Forest Products Beasley Forest Products, a division of the Beasley Group, has grown into one of the largest hardwood forest products operations in the United States.
