Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate:

$28.00/hr We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Receive and verify shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents Track inventory using inventory management systems Maintain accurate documentation of received goods Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues Work closely with warehouse, production, procurement, and logistics teams Schedule and confirm delivery appointments with carriers and vendors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills Experience with inventory management systems Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong communication skills Forklift certification preferred but not required Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Apply today!
